Here are a few of our most common questions our clients ask.

Do you have on site parking? Yes, we have parking available at the back of our building

What is your closing time? Our closing time is 5:30 PM.

When should I arrive to my booking? We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your booking to get you comfortable and relaxed. We may also require some personal details from you, which we can do during this time.

Do you have gift vouchers available? Yes! Gift vouchers can be purchased at the Day Spa from reception or here online. Just click here and we will take you to our online store. Gift vouchers can be purchased as an amount or specific pamper package.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

We are more than happy to reschedule your booking, as long as it is more than 48 hours notice provided, that will give us time to give away your spot to another client. 50% booking fee required to secure all your appointments which is non refundable. (In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we can provide you a credit note / gift voucher that you can use within the next 6 months). We do not offer refund if the reason for your cancellation is change of mind. Gift vouchers are non transferable or refundable.
